trauma
You’re Barely Hanging On
It’s exhausting to always brace for something bad to happen.
You keep people at arm’s length because closeness doesn’t feel safe.
You shut down when emotions rise.
You push through, overthink, numb out, or disconnect — anything to get through the day.
You’ve done your best to cope. But white‑knuckling your way through life isn’t the same as healing.
trauma Isn’t Just in Your Mind — It Lives in Your Body
Traditional talk therapy can help you understand your trauma, but PTSD requires more than insight alone. Your body learned to survive, and it needs support to learn safety again.
In therapy, we work with both your mind and your nervous system so you can finally feel grounded, connected, and in control.
A Space to Come Home to Yourself
Together, we slow down your automatic reactions and help you understand what’s happening beneath them. You’ll learn how your body responds to threat, safety, and connection — and how to gently shift those patterns.
You’ll build a toolkit of body‑based and relational strategies, including:
Breathwork and grounding techniques to regulate your nervous system
Somatic awareness to help you notice and respond to your body’s signals with compassion
Gentle movement to release stored tension and reconnect with physical presence
Co‑regulation — experiencing safety with another person
Boundary setting and relational repair to rebuild trust in yourself and others
Therapy becomes a place where your system can finally exhale.
You Don’t Have to Stay in Survival Mode
With care, patience, and the right support, you can create a life that feels calmer, steadier, and more fully yours.
You don’t need to be “ready” in a big way. Even a small part of you wanting something different is enough to begin.
Reaching out is a powerful step — and you don’t have to take it alone.
